By using Menu-XR services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Menu-XR provides augmented reality menu software to restaurants on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as agreed. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all menu content, images, and information you provide. Menu-XR is not liable for incorrect or misleading menu information.
You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without refund.
Menu-XR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
