Refund Policy

General policy

Menu-XR subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been activated and AR assets have been delivered. We encourage you to request a free demo before subscribing.

Exceptions

A full refund will be issued if: (1) we are unable to deliver the agreed AR menu within the committed timeline due to our fault, or (2) a duplicate payment was made in error.

How to request

Email menuxr.in@gmail.com with your restaurant name and payment details. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
